Who we are

We’re a group of parents, dreamers, and doers who came together around a simple but powerful idea : every child in Estevan deserves access to quality, affordable childcare. It all began with one home daycare, run by our founder Karolina, where just a handful of little ones filled the rooms with laughter and learning. But as the waitlist grew faster than weeds, it became clear - our community needed more.

Driven by that need, Karolina rallied a group of passionate parents who shared her vision. Together, we formed a non profit daycare centre built on dedication, heart, and a whole lot of teamwork. Our board of directors isn’t made up of suits and ties - its made up of moms and dads who care deeply, who roll up their sleeves, and who are committed to making this centre a place where children feel safe, supported, and inspired every single day.

What makes us unique? We lead with empathy, listen with intention, and act with integrity. Our team is fuelled by lived experiences - parents who understand the challenges firsthand and are determined to create something better. We value transparency, inclusion, and community collaboration, and we believe that when families come together, incredible things can happen.
